Ayo Jemiri
Mr. Jemiri is a Project Management & PMO Executive with over 25 years of extensive engineering, managerial and leadership experience in energy, utility, real estate, and infrastructure industries. He has expertise in product development, project development, project management, project engineering and project finance. He has experience with a wide range of complex projects including energy infrastructure, IT infrastructure & digital platform, renewable/clean energy systems, commercial/residential buildings, mass transit and land development. He possesses solid leadership ability with a reputation for solving problems and developing innovative solutions.
Mr. Jemiri’s passion for entrepreneurship started in 2009 when he founded CG Global Management Solutions, LLC (CG Global), a consulting & advisory firm. He expanded the firm into emerging market and offer consulting and advisory services to government, commercial and development agencies (World Bank & UNDP). For over 25 years, he has honed his leadership skills managing portfolio of capital project worth over $1B.
Ayo holds a MS Civil Engineering Degree (NYU-Tandon School of Engineering) & MBA (Pace University – Lubin School of Business), and credentials as a project management professional (PMP) and certified energy procurement professional (CEP).
Angel Pinto
Mr. Pinto is an experienced, disciplined, and motivated electric transmission & substation leader with over 35 years of proven experience in global corporation and electric utility industry. He is an accomplished licensed electrician with measurable results while leading multidisciplinary teams in construction of electric transmission, distribution & substation infrastructure, and building electrical construction.
He possessed extensive knowledge in construction project management, electric field operations and construction supervision of various multi-milliondollar electric transmission & substation and building construction projects. Angel is a certified electrical contractor with Pennsylvania License # 150044, and fully insured
Wale Ashiru, CPA
Mr. Ashiru has over 30 years of experience in general accounting, project accounting, financial control, budget analysis, forensic & regulatory accounting, auditing, and project management to meet or exceed client’s project goals & objectives. Wale is an accounting & project management subject matter expert with solid functional and technical knowledge in diversified accounting and auditing. Five years’ experience as network administrator with 2 software firms. Worked in several capacities both as team lead and member on projects. Proficient at building strong partnerships across organization. Skilled at identifying trends, addressing issues, and prioritizing efforts. Protect assets by planning and completing financial audits; identifying inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls; recommending improvements.

Mr. Ibeneme is a technical expert with over 15 years’ experience in electrical engineering & power engineering including expertise in strategic planning, power system study & research, data collection and analysis, NERC regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and engineering project management. Mr. Ibeneme have acquired over the years hands-on knowledge, experience and technical expertise to deliver successful projects such as $80 million NERC Alert Program; multi-million Dollars air force base transformation & renovation projects for the US Air Force, Scott AFB IL; coordination of project closeout documentation for a $2 billion Power Reliability Program for an investor-owned utility; and developed scoping document & drafted RFP for a $980 million capital investment in a clean smart grid infrastructure to deliver 1,200 megawatts of renewable hydropower to the New England energy grid.

Sam is a Principal Wholesale & Retail Energy Commodity Consultant with over 35 years of experience in Energy Commodity Procurement, with subject matter expertise in Energy Portfolio Management, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Demand Response, DER, Microgrid, Energy Efficiency, Energy Audit, Wholesale & Retail Electricity/Gas Market, Energy Commodity Pricing Strategies, and Renewable Energy. He is a trained natural gas & electricity commodity broker with specific domain expertise in PJM & NY power market. Sam has expertise in structuring power purchase agreements, arranges financing, applies for incentives and rebates, installs, operates and maintains DER, microgrid & demand response technology solutions for clients’ specific site requirements.
